Domestic: Orders inside the US are shipped and insured via UPS. You will be able to specify the method during check out. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please be advised that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, so feel free to place your order with us directly via phone, if this will affect your online order.

RETURNS
Microphones: You have 30 days to return a quantity of 1 of any PPA microphone for any reason. All returns must be pre-approved and contain a PPA provided RMA number. You can request an RMA number here. All returns must come back in 100% new condition in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts. We reserve the right to make adjustments on any return that is missing any items or is damaged. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Refunds will only be issued back to the original source of the purchase.
Hard Drives: We provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty on all PPA drives, however we will not accept the return of any hard drives for credit. If you experience any problems with a PPA hard drive, please contact us via email or call us. You can request an RMA number for a repair here.
